AMERICAN PALE ALE

OUR FIRST LARGE SCALE BATCH, brewed as a system test with Blue Ox malt, borrowed hops, and yeast courtesy of our generous friends at Baxter Brewing in Lewiston. An extremely easy drinking American Pale with enough malt to balance it all out. It was a wild night, but we’re happy with the resulting brew.
